WHY TO USE DIANABOL (METHANDINONE OR DBOL) and it's SIDE EFFECTS

WHAT TODO TO REDUCE THE SIDE EFFECT OF DIANABOL?

A proper PTC (Post Cycle Therapy) is required to remove the toxic substance of Dianabol from the body. When you end your Dianabol cycle it is important to do post cycle therapy to help the body to start the production of testosterone on its own as dianabol suppresses the production of testosterone. Bodybuilder usually uses CLOMID and NOLVADEX for 4 to 6 weeks and takes doses around 150mg or 40mg respectively as PTC.
Day 1 to 10 HCG is taken around 500-1000iĀµ
Day 11 to week 3 = 40mg clomid and 150mg nolvadex
Week 4 to 5 = 20 mg clomid and 100mg nolvadex
Week 6 to 7 = 10mg clomid and 75mg of nolvadex
( Concentration of clomid and nolvadex are reduced to make body comfortable to produce the testosterone.)

MELAMINE : A MILK POISSON

Melamine is a chemical compound which have greater Nitrogen content. The chemical compound is used to make plastics,  glassware and Floor tiles.  This is a hard plastic substance which is very harmfull for human and animals also.

The adulteration can be done in many ways in milk, like mixing water adding extra natural fat or protein  which is proven to be fit for health, but adulteration of chemicals which are not fruitful is quiet dangerous and injurious to health.
Since Melamine is white powder like compound thus  it is  easier to mix it with protein and infant milk formula. Generally the food products are first quality checked and assured by the FOOD SAFETY AND  STANDARD AUTHORITY OF INDIA
It can't easily detected in the laboratory tests and the companies sold them without any fear. 
But the chemical compound can't be easily detected in initial tests. Because the assesments are done to identify the amount of protein on the basis of Nitrogen content and luckily this compound is rich in Nitrogen.  When further tests are done to identify the type of protein then it was found that the Nitrogen is present due to Melamine!

Country's Who Banned it 

In 2008, about 3 lacs children of China fall sick due to milk adulteration initially the government didn't  recognize it after  lot of test they found Melamine a main reason and banned its adulteration in milk and in any other food. 
In USA and many other countries also it is banned.  
But in India  the milk factories are using it in small amounts but it also a great threat to children. 

This adulterated milk is also used to make sweets in India. The chemical compound gives hardness to the sweets which is not naturally present in sweets when compared. 

Health effects of Melamine 

  • Cancer: The compound reacts with organic molecules of the body and activate carcinogenic cells 
  • Kidney Stone: Since the compound is used to make tiles,  plastics thus accumulation in kidneys cause stones.

Amino Acids | Health Supplement


  Amino acids are the building blocks of protein as well as of the body. Some of the amino acids which are the derivatives of the essential amino acids are very useful for growth and development however human body can synthesize them but during stress of poor metabolic activities they may be externally supplemented. Here are few of them described:

Venom or Poison |

Venom and poison both are similar words but biologically they  are different. Many people thinks about venom and poison same thing here are the difference between them :

Venom

It is a natural poison secreted by reptiles and some other creatures. Venom is poisonous when it is injected in bloodstream only it never harm when eaten or drink through mouth. Venom is less harmful than artificial poisons and its effects and symptoms are slow to increase. Venom contains several enzymes or enzyme blocking parts which when comes in contact with blood stops the functionality of blood.
However some snakes have very dangerous venom like cobra and other related species but they can also be cured there anti-venoms have been developed. However survival rate is quite low because the patient can't be taken hospital within an hour. 

Poison 

It may be artificial or natural but in most of dangerous poison they are artificially made. They are much more toxic than venoms.  Their effect is too quick and fast. Some poisons are too much dangerous that they kill eventually when come contact with the person's inner part. Poison is harmful in both cases when comes in contact with bloodstream or in mouth.  Poison is designed to work on the metabolic pathways. Metabolic activities occur in every part of human body so wherever it will present start affecting.

Remember a person can be saved when he/she is infected with venom, by poison still hard to save.

FSSAI, ICMR and ESPEN, and their GUIDLINES

Nutreints are the basic requirements of the person but how much one should consume it is decided by the organizations which work under the government. These organizations make study over the person taking each and every situation, to find out how much a person take minerals and vitamin on daily basis. This is called RDA( Recommend Daily Allowances) which is decided by the ESPEN,  FSSAI and ICMR.  

It is a European Society of Parentreal and Entreal Nutrition. This organization provide and make the guidlines of consumption of vitamins, minerals  and proteins to the patients. 
The aim of this organization to provide basic information to the patient about their RDA. 

It is a Food Safety and Security Authority of India which gives the guidlines of consumption of vitamins,  minerals and proteins to the healthy person. 

It is a Indian Council Of Medical Research which gives the guidlines fir the consumption of vitamins , minerals and proteins to the nutrient deficent person.

HUMAN DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

This similarity has earned the ENS the title of the "Second Brain".our brain and digestive system work in close partnership, a phenomenon that we have first-hand knowledge of any time our stomach flips when we think of something anxiety-provoking — or more dramatically if we experience diarrhea when we are stressed. This collaboration is thought to be essential to our survival as a species; although digestion is essential for life, dealing with threats is just as necessary. The body developed the "flight or fight" system to divert resources away from the digestive system to the systems of the body needed to fight off or run away from things that might do us harm. Dysfunction in the brain-gut connection has been theorized to play a role in the development of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGDs).
